The top bolt on our double front door no longer catches. Can you fix that?
Usually. The fixed door has settled or the hole in the header has shifted, so the flush bolt misses. We realign the bolt and its strike, and adjust the deadbolt on the other leaf so both doors close tight again.
Can you get past the HOA gate to reach us?
