Brentwood splits in two along Sunset. North of it are large houses behind gates and hedges, many with a staff, a guest house and a pool house; south of it are apartment and condo buildings around San Vicente Boulevard, where keys change hands with every lease.

That is too far for us to promise the quick arrival a lockout needs, so we do not take lockout calls here, and we would rather say so than leave you waiting on a doorstep.
